How to return:
Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be subject to a reduced refund.
Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Defective products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at support@burghoff.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
