2. SCOPE & APPLICABILITY

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through burghoff.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to consumers within the European Union.

3. ORDERS & PRICING

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Shipping is free on all orders. An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. PAYMENT

We accept payment via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to EU countries. Estimated delivery is 5 business days. Free shipping on all orders. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese consumer law (Decreto-Lei n.o 24/2014), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@burghoff.com with your order number. You must return the product in its original condition. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. WARRANTY & DEFECTS

Under EU consumer law, all products come with a minimum 2-year legal guarantee. If your product is defective, contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

8. LIABILITY

BURGHOFF is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for damages arising from misuse or normal wear and tear of the product.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply where they provide greater protection.

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@burghoff.com. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
